  • Why can’t I place an offer on the product?

    You need an account to place an offer or ask for a quotation. If you already have an account, you need to login to offer a price.

    You can’t also use the ‘offer a price’ feature if the product doesn’t have a price.

  • How do I contact a seller?

    When you find an electronics listing that interests you, click on the vendors name to go to sellers/vendor page. You will find a "Contact Vendor" form on the Sellers page. Fill up the form to send a message directly to the seller. You can negotiate the price, ask questions, and discuss the terms of the transaction through our secure messaging system.

  • How do I post a listing to sell my electronics?

    To post a listing you need to register as a vendor. Once you have a vendor account, log in to your Boneyard AI account and go to vendors dashboard. Add a product and upload clear images and set an appropriate price. It will be posted on the platform for potential buyers to see. 

  • How do transactions and payments work on Boneyard AI?

    Boneyard AI provides a platform for connecting buyers and sellers, you can buy the product using secure payment methods such as Stripe, Mastercard, Visa or Paypal. Exercise caution and follow our safety guidelines when conducting transactions. 

  • How can I find and buy the electronics I’m looking for?

    Use the search bar located at the top of the website to search for specific electronics or browse through the categories and subcategories by clicking Marketplace in the menu. Click "Add to Cart" or "Make an Offer" to negotiate the price. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.

  • How does Boneyard AI ensure the quality of listings?

    While we strive to maintain a high standard of quality, it’s important to note that Boneyard AI is a marketplace where users sell their own electronics. We encourage buyers to carefully review the listing details, images, and seller ratings before making a purchase.
